kissing each other. Banksy kissing policemen raised a lot of heckles in the city
hall. The painting was found in a Ladbroke grove. It was painted on a stretch
of stretch of flesh colored wall. The cops in black offer a perfect contrast to
the flesh colored wall.
This work has a surreal quality about it and
most definitely takes a dig at the establishment. The painting suggests that
there are a lot of skeletons waiting to be exposed in the closets of the
establishment. This particular piece survived for nearly three days before the
city hall decided that it had to go. The wall was painted over without any
further ado.

Banksy is a
controversial British artist. He was born in year of 1974 in the county of
South Gloucestershire. He initially made his living as a
butcher. Inspired by the work of artists and aided by the aerosol boom he
decided on becoming a graffiti artist. He worked as a freelance graffiti artist
in the initial stages of his career.
He later was a part of the Dry Breadz crew
based in Bristol. He was involved in graffiti work that spawns the entire
London underground. He burst into prominence with a number of outspoken works
across London. Banksy particularly detested war, establishment and order. In
the later part of this career, he moved on to stenciling. He realized the
effect was much more striking. His work is distinctive, popular and
controversial. Banksy kissing policemen are amongst his most controversial works.
